WATER VIEW DINING Located on Shelter Cover Harbour, ELA’S has the finest water views on Hilton Head Island. Each table has a view of the water. The multi­level restaurant offers dining on all three levels, as well as walk­in, high­top dining. ELA’S has been voted the best location in South Carolina for water view dining.
